The role of our talented Health and Safety team is to ensure that we have the right programs and training in place to expand our culture of prevention on an ongoing basis.

    The challenge:

    The Health and Safety Senior Advisor we would like to hire will provide all touring shows with health and safety advice, expertise, training and support for a broad range of health and safety management issues. This person will consistently monitor health and safety performance, making improvements where required and generating H&S performance reports for senior management. He will work in close collaboration with the Corporate Health and Safety Department and, when required, will be responsible for providing all the support necessary for the implementation of new policies, procedures and training. He will also be responsible for following up on any H&S incidents occurring within the Touring Shows Division and will act as the main link to the H&S committee on each site. Finally, he will play an important role in building a positive health and safety culture and ensuring best practice outcomes.

    You possess impact and influence and are politically savvy? You have good analytical skills and can deal with ambiguity and risks?

    Join our team and apply your thorough Occupational Health and Safety rules and regulations knowledge, your ability to carry a thorough accident investigation and your experience in developing division Standard Operating Procedure and tools, as well as your fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
