    Vivier Pharma is a leading pharmaceutical skin care company with offices in Vaudreuil , Quebec and in Champlain , New York . We are currently looking for a:

     

    Human Resources Manager

     

    Are you ready for a new challenge? We are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager with a twist! If you have experience as an HR manager and have knowledge of HR law, you might be the one we are looking for! This person will have a double role in the company

     

    First, a Human Resources role including but not limited to:

    • Act as a mentor for the Managers in all employee issues
    • Coordinate and execute hiring as well as dismissal of employees
    • Coordinate all the reviews (end of probation and annual evaluation)
    • Review and maintain appropriate job descriptions and other HR tools
    • Maintain training records, ensure that the training is done appropriately for all employees (1% law)
    • Maintain Vacation records and Sick/Personal records

     

    And a corporate/legal expert role:

    • Generate in house or review external contracts
    • Issue and maintain Corporate Policies and Sales Policies
    • Maintain Patent and Trademark dossiers with regards to annual renewals

     

    Ideally, this person will have the following qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or in HR law
    • 10 year experience in HR including a minimum of 5 years in management
    • Corporate Legal experience is an asset
    • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry is an asset
    • Fluently bilingual (French and English, spoken and written) is essential
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
