Human Resources Manager
Are you ready for a new challenge? We are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager with a twist! If you have experience as an HR manager and have knowledge of HR law, you might be the one we are looking for! This person will have a double role in the company
First, a Human Resources role including but not limited to:
- Act as a mentor for the Managers in all employee issues
- Coordinate and execute hiring as well as dismissal of employees
- Coordinate all the reviews (end of probation and annual evaluation)
- Review and maintain appropriate job descriptions and other HR tools
- Maintain training records, ensure that the training is done appropriately for all employees (1% law)
- Maintain Vacation records and Sick/Personal records
And a corporate/legal expert role:
- Generate in house or review external contracts
- Issue and maintain Corporate Policies and Sales Policies
- Maintain Patent and Trademark dossiers with regards to annual renewals
Ideally, this person will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or in HR law
- 10 year experience in HR including a minimum of 5 years in management
- Corporate Legal experience is an asset
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry is an asset
- Fluently bilingual (French and English, spoken and written) is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
